Crewdentials is a really clever software system that makes managing seafarer credentials simple and accurate - for both the seafarers and maritime organisations. Our aim is to be the last system you or your crew ever need to upload your data and certificates into.
Crew use a Crewdentials Profile to hold all their career related data, scan and auto profile certificates. Tools for sharing data and certificates, along with a log of where it has gone really puts crew in control of their data.

Crew can keep control of all their data (personal information, certificates, contracts, payslips and more) in one handy and secure location.
They can choose to grant access to all or any part of their Crewdentials Profile, at any time. They'll be able to see who they've shared their information with, and who currently has access to their information. They'll be reminded periodically about any certificates or documents that are coming up for renewal.
Update one version of their information in their Crewdentials Profile and share it with whoever they want.

Works alongside any existing system or process, with APIs available
You will enter the system in our Free Tier with no paywall and no need for credit cards. If the Free Tier is enough for you - that's great. If you need more workspaces or workflows then you simply upgrade within the Workspace. You can always get in touch with us to discuss bespoke pricing for Enterprise customers
Your data is always encrypted in transit and at rest and stored in AWS servers in the EU. We build all of our products with data security as a priority
We will never share or sell your data to third parties.
Crewdentials is not tied to any particular device technology like Apple or Android - instead it can be used on any device with a web browser. This is called a Progressive Web App and you can find out more information about that here!
We wanted the onboarding process to be as simple as possible so didn't want to put a download barrier in the way. We will however be releasing Crewdentials Profiles into the app stores in the near future
You can do this in 2 ways: if the Workflow is "public" then you just need to send the url to the crew member - you could do this via adding it to a button on your website, by email or share on your socials. Once the crew member clicks the url they will be prompted to complete the Workflow.
If the Workflow is "private" (ie by invite only) you will need to add a crew member and then press the "send an invite now" button. The crew member will then get an email with instructions to complete the Workflow.
